Industries

One bot, adapted to your business, whatever it is.

The same foundation for all of them: bookings and reservations taken on WhatsApp at any hour, answers from your real catalog, and reminders that send themselves. What changes from one field to the next is what the bot knows about your services, people, and hours.

And the bot is only one piece. For every field we also build the site and the calls around it, plus the panel everything lands in, and separately we implement AI automations in the business's own processes. We maintain them, you configure nothing.

Each one has its own page, with what we build for that field specifically. And any other business that answers customers on WhatsApp.

What we build

Four pieces, in any field

The bot is the piece most people start with, but it is not the only one. The site and the calls are built around it, and AI automations we implement separately, in the business's own processes.

Website

Your website, with services and prices kept current from the same panel, and a button that leads straight into the WhatsApp conversation.

WhatsApp virtual assistant

Takes the bookings, reservations, and questions that repeat, at any hour, answering from your real catalog rather than generically.

WhatsApp calls

Whoever calls instead of writing gets a spoken answer and books or reserves into the same panel, without anyone picking up.

AI automations

We implement AI in your business processes, so the repetitive work gets done on its own, built around how you work.

You can start with just one. Most projects do, and the rest gets added when you need it.

See details on each

The shared foundation

What stays the same, whatever the field

We do not build a different product per industry. It is the same booking and reservation system, configured around how you work.

Each person's real schedule

Every stylist, doctor, or trainer with their own hours. The bot never offers a generic slot for the whole business.

Services, real durations

A manicure does not take as long as a gel set. Every service has its own length, so two bookings never land in the same slot.

Calendar and reminders

Bookings land in Google Calendar, and the reminder goes out on its own beforehand, without anyone pressing a button.

A catalog you can edit

Services, prices, hours, and address live in the panel. You change them in one place and the bot answers with the current version.

What changes

What we write from scratch for you

The foundation stays the same everywhere. These four are built separately for every business, before launch.

Your catalog

Your services, with their real durations and prices. That is what the bot answers from, so nothing depends on what someone remembers.

Your people and their hours

How many of you there are, who does what, and when each one works. The bot only offers slots that genuinely exist.

What it refuses to answer

The line is not the same everywhere. We agree it before launch and build it into the bot rather than leaving it to a setting.

After the conversation

A reminder, a confirmation, a review request, or a handover to a person. We pick what fits the way you work.

Honestly

What the bot will not do in any field

The same limits everywhere, however differently the rest is configured. We would rather you know them upfront, not after launch.

It never invents an answer

When it does not know, it says a person will take over and passes the conversation on, with everything written so far.

It never offers a taken slot

It does not overwrite the calendar or overlap two bookings to make it look like there is room.

It acts in no other system

It answers, books, and reminds. Any integration beyond that we settle in the first conversation, it does not come by default.

FAQ

What people ask before starting

Short answers to what we get asked most about whether a field fits.

01

My field is not among the examples. Does it still work?

If you work with bookings or reservations, or answer the same questions on WhatsApp, yes. The foundation is identical, only the catalog behind it changes.
02

How much does the bot differ from one field to the next?

The flow is the same. What differs is what it knows about your services, hours, and prices, plus what it refuses to answer.
03

What do I need to prepare to get started?

Your services with their real durations, the schedule of each person on the team, and the WhatsApp number you want the bot to answer on.
04

How long until it is live?

Usually 1-2 weeks for the WhatsApp bot. It takes that long because the services, the schedule, and the answers are built around your business, not taken from a template. The first 30 days after launch are included.

Don't see your field here?

If your business talks to customers on WhatsApp, whether that is bookings, orders, or questions, the bot adapts. Write to us and we'll tell you exactly what can be automated.
