Meta does not charge for conversations the customer starts, so neither do we. Almost all of a booking bot's traffic is this kind.

Meta charges 0.36 lei for a marketing conversation. We do not sell campaigns as a profit line, so the difference is small and stays that way.

Where we sit against the rest

We do not win every row and there is no point pretending otherwise. A booking app genuinely costs less. The question is who answers your customer.

We are not VAT registered, so nothing is added on top of the figures above. What you see here is what the invoice says.

A six month minimum term

Twelve on the no setup fee option. A virtual assistant needs a few months before you can tell whether it caught bookings, and we need those same months to cover the build.

The setup fee is paid at signing

The build starts right after. If you take the no setup option, you pay nothing until launch.

No free trial

A virtual assistant on trial costs real money the whole time it runs, so instead you can test our own assistant, on our own number, for as long as you like before deciding anything.

Why pay a setup fee when other platforms ask for nothing?

Because with them, day one is an empty account for you to configure. With us it is a bot that already knows your services, prices, schedule, and staff, because we built it around them. If the amount at signing is the problem, take the no setup option: you pay more monthly and nothing upfront.

A booking app costs 99 lei. Why would you charge 349?

Because they do different things. The app gives you a link the customer has to open themselves. The bot answers where the customer already writes, at the hour they write, and books inside the conversation. If your customers genuinely use the link, the 99 lei app is the right choice and we will tell you so.

What happens if I go over the included minutes?

They are billed at 1.50 lei a minute, and the usage is visible in the panel as it grows. Nothing shuts off without warning and nothing surprises you at the end of the month.

Can I move from Start to Complete later?

Yes, whenever you like. You pay the setup difference once and the new subscription from the following month. Nothing gets rebuilt: the voice agent uses exactly the same services and schedule the bot already knows.

Why is there no free trial?

Because every conversation and every minute of talk costs real money while it runs, and a free trial is paid for anyway, out of what other clients pay. Instead, you can message our own bot, on our own number, and test it as much as you like.
